Payment for the purchase of our products can be made in the following ways:

Secure Transactions
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic platform Alpha e-Commerce payment platform of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128- encryption protocol bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches certain recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Cooperating transport companies
Our company cooperates with the following carriers for the shipment of our products:
For Greece: ELTA Courier, ACS
Abroad (all countries): ELTA Post Office (slow shipment), DHL (fast shipment)
The charge for transport with the cooperating companies for a simple shipment amounts to 2,50 euros, while for cash on delivery total cost 4,00 euros within Greece.
For retail purchases within Greece over 79 euros the shipping costs are free.
Defective product - change policy - custom made products
Our products are carefully packaged in order to reach the customer in good condition. Two Feelings is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the carrier. -If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it within 14 days asking us to repair it, replace it with a similar product (if available), or withdraw from the market with a refund.
-In case you wish to change the product or withdraw from the market, you must complete and send us the change / withdrawal form (hyperlink) together with the product. A necessary condition for the return and change of the product is that the product is in the condition in which you received it and is accompanied by its packaging and proof of purchase. In case of product change due to a defect, our company has the right to choose the shipping method.
-In any case of change for products that do not have a defect, the shipping costs of return and delivery are borne by the customer. -It is pointed out that in case of refund the cost of transport costs is withheld and only the value of the product is returned to the customer (including VAT)
-Changes also take place for products that are at a discounted price. No changes are allowed to products in the previous collection (collection) or to the last pieces of the current collection. -The earrings are not returned for hygiene reasons.
-There are no changes or refunds on products made by Two Feelings at the customer request based on his personalized preferences (Custom-made).
In case a custom made product has a defect, Two Feelings has an obligation to repair. The customer is not given the right to withdraw or replace.
-It is not allowed to change a product that has been purchased from our online store or the showroom of our company to another cooperating company and vice versa.
What if the product I receive has a defect?
